This school-wide community fundraising event being held Sunday, December 8th between Noon and 4pm benefits the students of St. Joseph Montessori School (SJMS). St. Joseph is a private Catholic Montessori School consisting of pre-k through 8th grade students. The parent volunteer organization, Family Association, is responsible for all aspects of the fundraiser including soliciting sponsors, coordinator vendors for Ryan Hall, food sales, bake sale, crafts for the children, a visit from Santa, and a poinsettia/wreath sale. Erdkinder students (7th & 8th graders) are responsible for games that entertain the children and raise funds for their class trip.
Families and community members assist with the Festival by donating items, volunteering, or attending the spirited, family-oriented event. The Winter Festival is a major revenue-generating event for the school raising over $10,000 for the school last year.
