Thank you to
all those community members that supported St. Joseph Montessori
School's 2012
Spring Gala.
Due to the community’s generosity the Gala raised a record breaking
$64, 158! Thank you for supporting the children of St. Joseph
Montessori School.
The 2012
Spring Gala
proceeds are up from last year’s total of $51,939. Two years ago, in
the Gala’s first year of inception, the event raised $48,327.37. Thank
you for your part in making the Gala a growing success! The money
raised from the Gala helps balance the cost of educating a child at St.
Joseph with the revenues received from tuition. More students will have
access to St. Joseph Montessori School given your generosity.
Honoring
Stephen Weed, the 2012 Ambassadors Award Recipient and 1968 St. Joseph
Montessori School alum, was particularly joyous as many Short North
community members, friends, and family attended the Gala in his honor.
St. Joseph Montessori School is proud of Stephen's professional
contributions to the local community and grateful for his support in
conjunction with the Susan Scherer Charitable Foundation.
In the words
of Maria Montessori, “Of all things love is the most potent.” The
children at St. Joseph Montessori School are truly blessed to have such
a passionate and committed community.
